I called customer service four days ago and, after waiting 11 minutes, was told I was speaking with a pharmacist. I requested that I be given the filler and inactive ingredients in the solution prescription I had received from them. The woman said she would email the information to me. Nothing has been sent to me.

I called again today and, after 14 minutes on hold, was told by the customer service rep that she had spoken with a pharmacist and there was nothing in the medication (a pint bottle) except the medication itself! I finally asked for a number to call the pharmacy directly. The medicine is an anti seizure medication for my pet who is showing undesirable symptoms since starting on it. We are trying to determine if she is possibly allergic to something in the solution. Then I was advised to tear back the label on the bottle for a list of the ingredients!!! There was no label that could be pulled back. I requested a copy of the Patient Information Insert which is mentioned on the bottle and was told there is none! I was left feeling that the persons I spoke with both times were either uninformed or simply had no concern for my inquiries . I consider the personal assistance from customer service to be unacceptable and hope I will receive reasonable help when I contact the pharmacy tomorrow.
