I ALSO WANT TO SUE HIM BUT APPARENTLY HIS HOUSE IS IN FORECLOSURE SO MY LIEN WOULD BE SECOND TO THAT ONE. SO FOR NOW, I WOULD REPORT HIM SO THAT HE STOPS DOING THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE. I ALSO THINK HE IS ASSOCIATED WITH "RIVERSIDE POOL SERVICING INC" - SO STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY TOO. In April 2017, I hired Anthony Boglino of Douant Pools to install a new pool liner. I paid him for the liner $1,800 by check and the rest was to be paid upon completion of the Liner in early May. My check was cashed immediately however my liner was never ordered and he never came to finish the job. Every time I called him he had a different excuse for the delay, then he started saying his crew was on their way and they never showed up. I believe he is a fraud and his license should be taken away so that he no longer could do this type of business again.
